Exercise 1: CHOOSE YOUR LIFESTYLE
Coaching lesson that informs participants of the five different
lifestyle choices. It lets them know which one they’re living in
now, which one they want to be living in and to re-position
themselves into it.
Exercise 2: DEFINE YOUR PASSION
Coaching lesson that teaches participants the importance of
focusing their success around something that they are truly
passionate about. This exercise will also help them decide
exactly what their passions are.
Exercise 3: MENTORSHIP
Coaching lesson helping participants learn the importance of finding people that are living how they want to live, doing what they want to do and is willing to share their experience and guide them through the process.
Exercise 4: INNOVATE
Coaching lesson that guides participants into identifying problems that have profitable solutions, creating solutions that are focused on a ready-made market, and staying in position to recognize opportunities to implement their solutions.
Exercise 5: GOAL SETTING
Coaching lesson that will teach participants the important aspects of setting S.M.A.R.T. goals. What each letter stands for and why each aspect is significant.
Exercise 6: HOW BIG IS YOUR "WHY"
Coaching lesson that will help participants define their “why” and internalize the motivation and inspiration that is provided by having a clear understanding of why they are doing whatever it is that they've chosen to do.
Exercise 7: REINVENTING YOURSELF
Coaching lesson that will help participants re-calibrate their
mentality, their thought process and their overall methods of
operation to whatever will allow them to accomplish their goals
as efficiently as possible.
Exercise 8: PERSEVERE
Coaching lesson that will help participants stay motivated and to
never give up. They will be taught to continue on no matter what
obstacles they must overcome utilizing their supporters, their
current progress and future motivators.
